Hello,

Background:
I need to launch a couple utilities from the container login script for users (no ZEN here). When running the utilities using the UNC path, the script hangs on the first entry (name resolution issue?). I tried tweaking the client settings, but the script still hangs/pauses (~15 - 20 seconds).

I found that if I map a drive letter first, then launch the utility (still using UNC), the script executes without pause. I do not want the users to remain mapped to the path after the login script completes. So, here is the script:

MAP DISPLAY OFF
MAP ROOT W:=SERVER\VOLUME:PATH\FOLDER

@\\SERVER\VOLUME\PATH\FOLDER\UTILITY1.exe

@\\SERVER\VOLUME\PATH\FOLDER\UTILITY2.exe

MAP DISPLAY OFF
MAP DEL W:

Problem:
When the script reaches the MAP DEL line, the login script writes a message to the window that says:

"The directory for drive W: was deleted and the mapping removed"

I do not want the users panicking about "deleted directories". Is there a way to suppress this message in the script?

Thanks,
Walter
