My attempt at installing a Middle Tier Server on a Windows Server 2003 R2 box failed. I saved the install log. It contained the following information:

ZENworks Desktop Management installation failed on the following servers:
See below for details.

Pre-install steps completed successfully.
Web.w2K files NOT successfully installed because files are marked READ-ONLY or files are IN-USE on 442-SUPPORT at F:\

Error: There was an error installing ZENworks Desktop Management on 442-SUPPORT. Error: An error occured during file copy or configuration. See above for more details and be sure that no ZENworks Desktop Management files are open or locked.

Regarding the above message, there is no F:\ drive on the server name 442-SUPPORT. If there's a virtual F:\ drive hiding someplace, I have no idea where it is.

When responding, please keep in mind that I'm a computer support technician with a limited knowledge of networking principles, so I'm likely to ask a few dumb questions.

Thanks for any assistance.
