My attempt at installing a Middle Tier Server on a Windows Server 2003 R2 box failed. I saved the install log. It contained the following information:

Regarding the above message, there is no F:\ drive on the server name 442-SUPPORT. If there's a virtual F:\ drive hiding someplace, I have no idea where it is.

When responding, please keep in mind that I'm a computer support technician with a limited knowledge of networking principles, so I'm likely to ask a few dumb questions.
