I've gone over several posts via this forum and also saw TID 3179270 regarding and issue we're having with the WebPIM not reflecting changes in Groupwise. We're running GMS 201 SP1 against a POA 7.0.2. None of our settings have changed - we've checked the connection and the ports and no firewall is blocking port 8191. We've restarted our POA, GMS and Secure Gateway and we're still getting inconsistent delays of mail of mail on users PDA's. All users are effected. Our SOAP threads are remaining busy at 20 most times. Again we've changed nothing but we did just recently have a power outage.

Can anyone provide any other info. on what else to change and/or look for to resolve this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
