We are trying to deny access to certain proxy servers that students could
use to get around our filtering systems. We currently use Novell 5.1 and
bordermanager 3.8 on our servers.
We can't seem to get an access rule to work denying a domain name through
port 443. I have tried many different ways that I have found examples on,
but nothing works so far.
Is there a certain way that Bordermanager must be configured for the port
443 access rules to work? We use transparent proxy on port 80, do we need
it also for port 443? We do not use HTTP acceleration.
Any information would be appreciated.

Thank You,
