We just installed Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1.3. Everything seems to be working except the connection to SRP. The ip address is being resolved, but it appears that responses are not being received back. I get an error "connection timed out (10060)". I put a filter exception into my firewall (BM3.9 on NW6.5.6) to allow port 3101 traffic from the server where BES is installed. I also put a rule into BM Access rules allowing all traffic from the BES server. I tried unloading the filters and still got a timeout. We are running GroupWise 7.0.2HP. The BES successfullly collected data from the GroupWise address book when we added users. I am also running IIS web services on the server where BES is installed and have NATed the address for the server. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
