Whenever I try to administer a client machine using Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection, there is no keyboard or mouse response. Some clients the screen is Black. I have tried to adjust the Remote Desktop settings, but still same problem.

This happens to all computers running Novell Client 4.91 with SP4 fully patched with post fixes.

Any ideas?
