I have random problems with login to NSMadmin in AD enviroment..

"The Engine is unable to service the request at this time" is displayed at login.

NSMengine is listening on port 3009

The user I tries to login with is added to NSMadmins..

The Application event log is constantly alarming about: (and similar)

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( NSMEngine ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: NSMEngine ServiceBody ServiceStart() - No valid g_hCRC32 token.
Unable to perform impersonation tasks at this time!.

Some things I have tried:
If I restart servies 10 times Im able to login 1 or 2 times..
but if I rerun fsfconfig.exe and recreate objects I'm able to login but just until I restart services..

My ENGINEMS.TXT log doesnt give me any hints on debugging level 7.
What can be wrong ?
