We have been having issues in the morning with drive letter mappings.

For about a 30 minute period of time almost every day, users get 8804 errors when they try to map a drive to one of 3 or 4 volumes.

We have about 400 users in our tree, 250 of which are logged on by the time this issue happens (but we do not know EXACTLY how many users are logged in when this issue happens).

After a while, the problem just "goes away".

Yesterday: 7:54am to 8:25am, users got 8804 errors logging in to an NSS volume on OES SP2 (SLES9). The problem went away without intervention.

Today: 8:54am to 9:10am, users got 8804 errors attempting to map a drive to an NCP volume on OES SP2 (SLES9). The problem went away without intervention.

Also, 8:54am to 9:17am, users got 8804 errors attempting to map a drive to the same above NSS volume on OES SP2 (SLES9).. The problem went away without intervention.

Any thoughts where to begin? (log files, etc...) We have the server licensed via RUG with unlimited connections.

I appreciate anything anyone can do to help.
