    Network World client mgmt report

Anyone see the network world client management "test" they did?

ZCM didn't fare so well. $225/user (the most expensive). User
    interface "unintuitive", etc.

    Ouch.

LanDesk was only $89/user and got the top score.

Hmm... not quite the entire story.

"Novell's ZENworks 10 Configuration Management is a solid, mature desktop
manager with several useful features, including asset inventory, license
tracking, configuration management, application deployment and remote
    control."

"The ZENworks user interface is the Control Center management console. It
wasn't terribly intuitive to use, but once we got the hang of it, we found
    Control Center responsive and well-organized."

Sounds like the review was rather positive.

It's a bit odd that the first part of the article trashes it, but then
    the "in-depth" review is better?

although I'm still amazed at the huge price diff. between Landesk and
ZCM. Especially when Landesk has the patch stuff in it (although I've
not seen/used that portion of Landesk).
