I have only recently started using iprint, we had a power outage recently and since then I cannot print via iprint. When I login to imanager the broker and printers etc all seem to be ready and waiting. When I look at the printer on a windows xp machine the status comes up as not available and I cannot print I am running netware 6.5 with windows xp sp2. Prior to the power outage everything seemed to be fine. I tried on one machine deleting the printer objects, and see if Zen would reinstall the printers when the user logged in, but this didn't seem to work either. I realise this is a little vague but hopefully someone could offer a suggestion for me to look at.
