We are replacing our current ZEN inventory with ZAM. The person who setup the original ZEN Inventory (v7) on our 50+ NetWare 6.5 SP6 boxes left over a year ago, and the implementation never quite worked right. We also do not see any documentation on how it's setup. So, I hope this is a simple question to answer:

We have almost completed the ZAM rollout. What is the simplest way to get the PCs (3000+ XP) to stop sending their ZEN 7 inventory information to their associated 'workstation' object, which in many cases ended up in the wrong NDS state/site workstation container across our WAN links? I can simply type stopser * at the Novell server, but will that stop the PC from attempting to send its hardware inventory upon every login (might be every reboot)?
