I am trying to troubleshoot a problem that several of my users are having. When I try to reset their account, it tells me, "Some of your data is currently locked, so your account cannot be reset right now. A sync may be in progress. Try again to reset your account in a few minutes." Although trying throughout the day, knowing the the device itself is not trying to sync yields the same message. I know I can delete the user from the server and re-add them to accomplish the same thing, but I would prefer to know what this error is coming from, and what can be done to resolve this. For each of the users, their activity log also randomly shows "Timeout - server folder is in use. Please try again later."
