The problem is documented in TID 10095087, but in this case only seems to affect one user (or maybe one workstation). It's at our remote site, but the user (remote admin) reports that other admins don't have this problem.

The admin reports that this started about the time when we did an ACU update to his workstation to SP4 version of Client32.

I'm gonna have him uninstall and reinstall Client32, but other than that... any ideas?
