I have 3 users. 2 can send and receive email. The latest users can not.
I set him up and had him pull the software from the Web site. that all went well
In admin I see a device for him.

If I login as him into the Web site via a browser he has not emails and when trying to sync he gets none and trying to send from his phone non go out.

It's as if Groupwise 7 is not communicating to GMS only for this user.

Any ideas? I'm stumped
