We have recently seen a issue with our corporate laptops that have Iprint printer installed and then disconnect from the corporate network. If they try to connect thru Citrix from home, remote location, etc.. it takes a very long time for the login to run and they will try to use an application and it will return a "not responding" message. If I delete the printers, that fixes the issue for remote access but causes them to have to reinstall every time they get back on the local network. Is there a solution to this problem?
