I am impressed. Enough impressed that I shot an email off to Ron
Hovsepian. I was having a frustrating time with iManager. Nothing in
the forums or kb solved the problem. So I left feedback via the
website. Then found out about the new support program...VLA with
Maintenance (which I have) allows me to call Novell support without
paying for individual support incidents. Very nice! My support tech
got my issues resolved. I have had contact with 5 or 6 people at
Novell over this issue now and everyone has been extremely helpful.


Novell....it does a server good!
