I have installed and set up Helpdesk as a means of managing support requests and documenting solutions. However, the HelpdeskEngine to send email is not functioning. When I manually run the start command I get the following error:

SEVERE: Can't check for incoming mail messages, exiting...

I have setup an email user with a password and tested it through Groupwise and imap. It works. I can only assume that the configuration information is not correct. It does not appear to store this info in MySQL nor in the Helpdesk.ini file.

Does anyone know where this info is stored or can anyone offer an alternative course of action?
