Sometimes it's so hard to be happy with the way Novell does stuff.
Since my maintenance has expired so to has my access to purchased
products and licenses through the customer center.

Apparently they don't even care enough to give me a sales rep anymore
either. Some how, even though it's probably just a glitch that will be
taken care of on monday, I feel I've just had a large boot placed where
the sun don't shine from Novell.

Well, if Novell is trying to push NOWS on me this isn't the way to do it.
