I just got back from another OES2 server that locked up. Except for the
end result, this is kind of a vague problem and not reproducable except
for the 30 to 45 days it takes to happen.

Is anybody else experiencing this?

5 servers, different hardware that is either Intel or Supermicro with
Adaptec RAID with SATA or SCSI drives, 4 to 12 Gigs RAM. All servers are
running SLES 10 with OES2, Groupwise and ZENworks. There is a XEN or
VMware virtual XP Pro workstation that I use for administration.

There are 2 symtoms; either the server stops responding (Users loose
access to the NSS volume and no Linux users can log in) or the server
locks up hard (NUM lock light does not toggle). You never know which is
going to happen or when. I haven't been able to find anything in the logs.

Of these 5 servers none have been able to stay up 60 days.

In contrast, I have 2 SLES 9 servers that are approaching 8 months uptime.

Any hints, clues or sympathy?
