Hi,

We're having problem running some programs via the login script on Windows
Vista. The script works on Novell Client for XP.

The script is below:

IF OS = "winnt"
WRITE "Updating Novell Client for Windows 2000/XP."
#\\server's.host.name\sys\public\client\winnt\i386 \acu.exe
IF "%ERROR_LEVEL" = "1" THEN
EXIT
END

IF OS="winnt" THEN
@\\server's.host.name\vol2\transfer\wsus\suserver. bat
ENDIF

When the script runs on a Vista machine, we would get the following error:

Updating Novell Client for Windows 2000/XP.
LOGIN-LGNWNT32-740: This utility could not execute external program
\\server's.host.name\sys\public\client\winnt\i386\ acu.exe.
LOGIN-LGNWNT32-740: This utility could not execute external program
\\server's.host.name\vol2\transfer\wsus\suserver.b at.

Is there a way to skip the first program if it detects Vista machine? And
how do I make the second program to run on both XP and Vista machines?

thanks
