After upgrading a server from 60sp5 to 65sp6,, I copied tzupdater tool to f:\tmp, unload java and run tool.

WHEN I RUN TOOL AT SERVER THIS IS WHAT IT SAYS
java.home: SYS:\JAVA
java.vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.
java.version: 1.4.2_09
JRE time zone data version: tzdata2003a
There's no tzdata available for this java runtime.

tried both ways
java -jar /tmp/tzupdater.jar -u -bc -v
& -f -bc -v
*And these files are not there
Delete 3 files: EST, MST and HST, all contained in the SYS:\Java\lib\zi directory

Tried again after installinlg post 65sp6 patches, but still same.
