Use SOAP (no LDAP)

Every time I try to select a user's Syste Address Book Sync Settings and
save, I get "GroupWise server and/or mailbox not found or inaccessible"...
All other synchronization works fine.
This also happens when I try to do a "Test Access" on the same dialogue
page.
Any ideas?
