I was sent the potential fix for this issue and initial results are
good. Many accounts are updating properly while there are a few that
haven't updated at all yet or are updating new email sent since the
patch was applied. It appears a GMS Account reset on these accounts
will solve the hangup, but I am waiting a bit longer (I applied the
patch about 45m ago) to see if these accounts will update naturally.
