We have recently purchased numerous Dell 740 Enhanced PCs with the AMD Athlon 64-bit, 2.6 GHz, Dual-Core processors and 4 GB RAM. The BIOS reports the entire 4 GB of RAM. When attempting to PXE boot the process hangs just before the download of the "initrd" file. I removed one of the 2 GB memory modules and the PXE boot process works fine.

I then PXE booted another 32-bit Intel processor system with 4 GB RAM, and it worked fine... of course, the BIOS only reports 3.5 GB on the 32-bit systems.

I am currently running ZENworks 7.0 SP1 IR1 HP2a on NetWare 6.5 SP7 with the TCP update (TID 5008601), COMM.NSS update (TID 5006840), and the NTPv3 update (TID 5006681).

Anybody have any clues as to what I need to do to get the 64-bit system to PXE boot when it has 4GB of RAM?
