ZCM Windows 2003 sp2

I have a couple of applications that were working for weeks until just a few
days ago. Specifically, the application uses an MSI with an MST for
install, then launches from the local hard drive with an .exe. On a first
time run, it appears that the MSI runs along with the MST, (Except for the
error shown below) but the application fails to Launch. If "Show Progress"
is selected, it appears to be installing and never stops. Using Add/Remove
programs to remove the application also fails and seems to throw the machine
into an endless loop. The ZENworks Icon continues to display a Grey X in the
upper right corner as if it never installed. However, if I navigate to the
folder where the exe file is, I can launch it manually, and it runs without
a problem.

The error message displayed shortly after a launch is:

(No message in title bar)

The message above is shown verbatim including the returns and case.

I have tried to build new objects that are similar to the problem objects,
but the same failure occurs. (Leading me to believe it may not be the
object, but some MS Patch or database corruption?)

Thanks for your thoughts!
