According to a recent audit, I need to enable logon banners at almost every service entrance point. The OES documentation for NoRM says to rename the sys:\login\prtltxt.htm file to sys:\login\prtldisc.htm and then edit the file to include your legal disclaimer.

When I rename the existing file and attempt to go to NoRM, all I get is a text output on the web browser with the html code inside the htm file. If I open the htm file in a browser manually (file://///servername/SYS/LOGIN/prtldisc.htm), it all looks good. Anybody know how to resolve this?

P.S. BTW, I am using the latest Mozilla FireFox. It works fine with IE, so I'm guessing it has something to do with the code.
