Hello all,

Today I noticed that the BIOS information in my Zenworks 7.01 SP1 Inventory
appears to be wrong for some of my users.

I did a little digging and I am seeing this message on a lot of desktops and
laptops. The desktops are Dell Optiplex GX260s and the laptops are a mix of
Dell Latitude D800s, D820s and D830s.

"002: Unable to register to DMI service layer."

I'm not sure what I need to do. And my experience with this aspect of
Zenworks if very limited so please speak slowly and use small words....
