What about surpressing the reboot? We use this command to install the Zen

/i "\\server\vol1\Apps\ZenAgent\ZFDAgent.msi" /QR /l*v
"c:\logs\zenagent7SP1IR1.log" /norestart

Granted, the app isnt really updated until after the reboot, but it
minimizes user interuption.

the desktop. Because there is a reboot involved, I have (out of
courtesy) set it to Prompt before distribution. For reasons that are
unclear to me, some users have consistently said No to the prompt,
causing me to spend the last couple of weeks chasing them down (using
ZAM reports) and having the Help Desk hold their hands through the

Is there any way to set an app to Prompt, but not allow the user to
select No? Is there another way to give the users an opportunity to
save their files, but still proceed with the install regardless, maybe
with a script or something?
