how do you manage your zen administrator users ?

we have differing roles for our support people

some need remote access to desktops
some need remote access to some servers
some need remote access to all devices

so far, I have found create administrators in ZCM disgustingly under powered.

having to create each user and assign each user rights to each device or folder is so old school.

if there are a way to create a zen user group, grant it rights to remote control a device/folder/group and then make an administrator part of that group ?
