I am running GMS204 and GW 703. These are new upgrades and we are still dealing with growing pains. Is there a way for GMS to send me email or SMS alerts when there are certain sync'ing errors? I would like to know before the CEO calls me to say his phone is not working.
The problem we are running in to is that the PIM and phone quit sync'ing. I remove the server connection and establish a new connection. This causes it to start sync'ing again. I have tried deleting and re-adding the user. This works for a while. The only consistent fix I can find is removing and re-adding the server connection.

Any alerts or reports that could be sent to me would be great!!!
