I've been unable to get an image to restore for a while now. Using ZCM 10.0.3 (clean install), never used any other version, so this is not an upgrade issue.

I'm using the Zenworks Partition method. When I assign an image bundle in ZCC, I can see it waiting to be installed in the summary page for the device, but it does not get applied when the device reboots. The Zenworks Imaging Engine (which is listed as version 10.0.1) reports "no work to do" or "no tasks assigned" and then reboots the system to XP.

When I look at the ZCM server logs (tail -f /var/opt/novell/log/zenworks/preboot/novell-pbserv.log) I can see the communication between the device and the server, but the server is telling the device there is no work to do (although ZCC shows there is definitely an assigned image bundle scheduled).

Extract from the log:

Any ideas as to where to look next?

Thanks
