I have a problem with one user who stops syncing with GroupWise.

It happened again yesterday around 4pm. None of the email he received after that show up in his GMS account. Funny thing is that if he sends an email from his hand held then new email will make it to GMS and to his device but not the email that did not sync yesterday.

GMS 2.03 Linux
GroupWise 7.02 on NW 6.5 SP7

Any ideas?
