One of the things that's been talked about on this forum is the fact
that there are hundreds of patch bundles that are not necessary for a
particular environment. I believe that it was mentioned that a way to
cleanup these extraneous bundles would show up in some future update. I
was just wondering because I've noticed that sometimes, patches will
fail to deploy and then when you go in and check the content, they're
stuck in a packaging state. You can manually tell these patches to
recache and if you do them one at a time, it seems to fix them. This is
a very time consuming process though because it's hard to tell which
ones are the problems, especially when out of the 1100 or so patches, I
only need 200 of them in my environment. It seems a waste of space to
cache all of them.
