When attempting to download an application image (created using ZCC), it
never works. The imaging screen comes up, but it does nothing and then
exits.

The following is the information recorded in the novell-pbserv.log file:

Thu Jun 12 07:39:26 2008 -- [PCGI] received PROXY_CMD_GET_IMAGE

I have tried renaming the image files so they do not have spaces in them
and it does the same thing. I should mention that this happens using
ENGL and manually through the command line. When running manually
through the command line, I get the following message:

"Could not fine an installed ZENworks agent"

I am using ZCM 10.0.3. I am wondering if it senses that the ZAA is not
yet installed on the base image, could this be the case?

Any suggestions?
