What is the best way to set up the Proxy.cfg file? I like the way Craig does the Proxy.cfg file, giving a description of the switch as a comment and specifying the switch even if the default in Proxy.cfg is the same. This makes the file more self documenting.

But I wonder if there is additional overhead that goes on when proxy has a file with a lot of switches, many of which specify the same value as the default. Would you be better off only including those switches where you wanted the value of the switch to be different from the default?

I guess the question is if Proxy just reads the proxy.cfg file once when loading and then ignores it or if it is constantly re-reading it.

Bottom line is - do I suffer a performance penalty if I specify all of the proxy.cfg switches in the file, with comments, even if the value is the same as the default?
