Not that I need to, but my customer wants a plan for if a system update fails or makes things worse (such as, for example).

Is there a way or a methodology to roll back a system update? I see no options for it on the ZCC System Update management interface.

If there is no option for this, allow me to encourage Novell to add one. It's a good safety net just in case a patch is bad or goes wrong at a customer's site.

Rebuilding the servers from backup is not a patch roll back strategy, just to be clear.
