I need some more education.

The nursing home I just started working for has Cisco Aironet 1100
wireless AP's. They are used for wireless VoIP phones and employee
laptops. Basically used to access the network from portable devices.

However, they want to use that wireless system for residence and/or
their families to have access to the company Internet. The obvious big
concern is people gaining access to the internal network.

I'm thinking VLANs.

I guess I need to know if this would work? Is a good idea? etc.
