Got a nice email from the boss today...

"Someone just printed something to my color printer that had photo paper in it.. its a very nice glossy report, but... HELP!"

I didnt set these things up, but there certainly must be a way to prevent one user from being able to see/print to another users printer on the terminal servers.

For one, we use some program called Simplify Printing to have the users printer installed when they log in to the TS (2k3) boxes. Apparently, TS can do this out of the box, but you have to have the printer driver installed on the servers, etc, so not really 'automatic' if ya ask me.

Also, it appears that all users are Power Users on the TS boxes.

Any tips/tricks?
