We have recently setup a new GMS server. (our old one was having too many performance issues).

I installed the GMS & setup 1 user on it. The user was able to receive the SMS, install the client, and sync just fine. ReadySync is working for this user as well (timed intervals).

When this user logs into the website and clicks on 'Connection' --> Test Access, we get an error of "GroupWise server and/or mailbox not found or inaccessible". Also, when you do this, the User Log shows "Account Password for GroupWise not stored on server when expected it to be."

It's strange this user is mostly working properly, but we still see authentication problems when doing this. Push isn't working for this user, and perhaps this is why.

Any1 else experience this or have a lead for me?
