I am looking to give rights to allow some of our IT people at different
sites, in different OU's the ability at admin IM and be able to add their
users to one of the IM policys. The messenger system and policys and stuff
is in our context, and I don't want to give those users admin rights to our
OU, just enough to put their users in the IM policy.
Can someone tell me what I need to do to give them this ability or create a
IM Admin role.
