I setup Border Manager 3.6 according to Craig's book, using the
default
filters. I didn't check "Enforce Access Rules", and I am able to get
out
to browse the Internet. However, my ISP called and told me with a
menacing voice that I had an "open proxy" on a Border Manager server
at
66.83.76.234, port 8080. If I enforce access rules, I cannot get out
to
the Internet. I don't know if enforcing the access rules closes the
open
proxy - does it? If so, how do I get out to the internet. It is my
assumption that the default filters (and exceptions) should let me
browse the Internet. Can anyone give me some detailed instruction on this? I am confused & my ISP is threatening to close our account.

Thanks!
