Does the blocking only apply to the proxy server or to the entire
server?
Would I lose DHCP, NAT, POP3. groupwise traffic if rules were enforced

on bordermanager server which is our gateway. This would be
disasttrous
as I am not sure of every port that would have to be allowed.
