Running BM3.7 with SP2 on NW6 server patched to SP3.

Get the following messages in CSP_LIST.LOG:-
[Wed Apr 23 13:47:57 2003] Starting LiveUpdate for SurfControl Content

Database
[Wed Apr 23 13:48:10 2003] LiveUpdate session failed. Error = 1
[Wed Apr 23 13:48:10 2003] LiveUpdate for SurfControl Content Database

will be retried after 600 seconds

Server has 2.5G RAM with only BM3.7 installed. RAM NOT an issue.

Have done the following:-
Removed all Access Rules from NWAdmin
Removed CPFILTER.NLM from AUTOEXEC.NCF
Deleted all files in SYS:\ETC\CPFILTER directory.
Rebooted Server.
Re-installed Surfcontrol.
Applied patch from Surf Control Website which is just an updated
CPFILTER.NLM.
Re-registered the product.
Rebooted the server again.
Loaded CPFILTER.NLM followed by CSP_LIST.NLM.
Get the afore mentioned error.

The update has definitely not been run on the original CPFILTER.NLM as
I
read there was known database corruption doing this.

Is there a fix for this? Can't find any additional info on Craig
Johnsons
website either.

Thanks
