I am re-posting re issue with AOL and Field Patch that has no
response. I
need a response from somebody. I am not usually like this but:

I can recreate this problem like clockwork every single time.
I have called paid incident support twice now. I have been told twice
that
the ONE BorderManger engineer is unavailable. Paid support was my last

option and that isn't even turning out to be an option.
SurfControl has been the most responsive and are trying to help me,
however they were unaware of FP3 and are in the process of trying to
re-
create it.

I am ready to yank BorderManager completely. I cannot leave it the way
it
is. Any response would be welcome. I will not be difficult to deal
with. I
feel alone and very stuck. CNE's have not been able to help me. No one
has.
