...for one user, but it happens off and on to other users. What we do is delete the user info and device from Intellisync (GroupWise Mobile Server 2.0.4/NIMS and re-add it back in like a new user/device. But there's got to be a better way. The messages in the log and the user reports that the device and the server are talking but what's in their GroupWise account isn't making it to the PDA. ????

Also, will there ever be an error message reference for this app?
