We migrated a few NW 6.5 sp7 boxes to VMs on an ESX server and we cannot get the time to synchronize with either NTP or TIMESYNC.

When I type 'TIME' at the server console it says time is not synchronized to the network. When I run 'Time Synchronization' in dsrepair from any of our time providers, the log file always shows the server is not in syn and is a constant +10 seconds.

The time was in sync prior to the migration using NTP and we didn't change any settings. We tried both NTP and TIMESYNC with no luck. Rebooting doesn't help and changing settings back and forth doesn't either. Here is the timesync.cfg file.
