This just started about a month ago and I'm relating it to a new group of printers (Canon MFDs) but not sure. When a printer experiences a problem, i.e. out of paper, jam, etc. the status in the monitor turns red and shows an error status. However, when the error is corrected on the printer the status is not updating and going back to "green". I have to stop and restart the print agent to get it to update. Any thoughts on this? Print server is OES SLES 9 with latest SP
