Does anyone have this product working so that agents outside of there corporate firewall are able to connect to the server using NAT and register successfully.

I have the agents finding the Zen10 server and showing up in the devices list. However, the Zen server cannot connect back to the agent.

Have tried opening all ports and still does not work. Also when the ip changes on the agents and they try to update the zen10 server the server appears to not get the updated config.

Can Zen10 even do external client access through a firewall?

Any help is appreciated.
