Currently using the following to map a home directory on a MAC OSX server for users logging into a Netware 6.5 server.

IF LOGIN_NAME<"E" THEN
@NET USE H: \\SJPS-OSX1\HOME_DIRECTORIES\TEACHERSA-D\%LOGIN_NAME /PERSISTENT:NO
WRITE "MAPPING TO OSX1"
END

This works for users with a login ID of 8 characters or less. Over 8 characters generates a System Error 67. (Network Name cannot be found)
Work if the actual name is put in place of %LOGIN_NAME.
@NET USE H: \\SJPS-OSX1\HOME_DIRECTORIES\TEACHERSA-D\CWATERHOUSE /PERSISTENT:NO

Tried using %CN, %1 instead of %LOGIN_NAME. Get the System Error 67.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Rick
