We are running secure printing for our print accounted printers and managing our default printer via zenworks iprint policy. General all is working well.

We have a new install of netware 6.5 sp7 with latest iprint patch, iprint client 4.36 and novell client 4.91 sp3. Uniquie ID is set on all user accounts. Lastly the Zenworks workstation iPrint policy schedule to run when "User desktop is active"

The problem we have is when users get prompted to change expired password at Ctrl+Alt+Del then are they are informed that Printer authentication has failed after the login and that they should try again. If the user tries again with the new password then this works!.

Has anyone else seen this or know how to resolve. We have a 1000 new students starting soon who will all need to change there password and get this error.
